Om Solar Services is a Residential & Commercial Solar Services company based out California that is seeking a qualified individual to handle the sales operation and team management in the LA County, Fresno, Orange County and Newport Beach regions, as we undergo expansion in the California Area. We are dedicated to installing only the highest quality Solar equipment, so our customers will save on their home and commercial bills in the long run. In short, our mission is to provide lower prices and generous promotions than our competitors, while building loyal relationships with our customers.
We are looking for an individual who has an appetite to exceed sales expectations for not just themselves but for their sales team, while reflecting Om Solar Services commitment to customer satisfaction. -Highest pay structure in the Solar industry in the U.S.
-Sales leads given out daily, NOT just door-to-door.
-Recognition in working with a reputable and national Solar company.
-Effective marketing materials and proper guidance to ensure success.
-Planning, implementing and directing sales activities of Om Solar Services assigned region.
-Developing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
-Managing the recruitment of Solar Consultants by conducting interviews, providing training and ongoing coaching to team members.
-Establishing and monitoring individual and team sales targets.
-Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team.
-Liaising with company functions to ensure sales achievements.
-2/+ years of Direct Sales management and/or Solar sales experience is a must.
-Positive attitude and exceptional communicator both verbal and written.
-Self-motivated, self-starter and eager to learn.
-Market knowledge of Solar industry in specified region is a huge asset.
-Business education background is considered an asset.
-Full-time and flexible availability (weekdays, evenings and some weekends).
-Vehicle is a must.
-Being Bilingual is a definite BONUS but NOT a must
